EVANS DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMS NAMES KAREN TOTH VICE-PRESIDENT OF WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS
MELVINDALE, Mich., Nov. 29, 2011 - Evans Distribution Systems is pleased to announce the promotion of Karen Toth to Vice-President of Warehouse Operations from Quality Manager. In this new role, Karen will lead and oversee all of the company's warehousing operations and activities in the U.S.
In her previous position Karen was instrumental in ensuring integration of ISO 9001:2008 standards throughout the organization. Karen has held additional positions at Evans over the years including GM of Warehousing.
Karen brings with her sixteen years of experience in logistics, fourteen of those with Evans Distribution Systems. She holds a B.S. degree in Industrial Manufacturing Management from Lawrence Technological University.
Evans Distribution Systems, headquartered in Southeast Michigan, was founded in 1929 as the Central Detroit Warehouse Company. It has evolved into a full-service, third-party logistics provider offering
