Evans Distribution Systems Named 2005 Carrier Of The Year By Schneider Logistics

MELVINDALE, Mich., Oct. 4, 2005 – A division of Evans Distribution Systems, Merchants Forwarding Company, has been named 2005 Carrier of the Year by Schneider Logistics for exceptional performance in transportation services and consistently delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

The selection criteria for Carrier of the Year are based on ease of doing business, on-time performance, claims performance, e-business capabilities and integration with Schneider Logistics. Recognition and awards were received at the third annual Carrier Recognition Conference at Lambeau Field, Green Bay, Wis., on Sept. 20.
