MELVINDALE, Mich. December 17, 2018 — Evans Distribution Systems recently concluded an inter-office food drive for the holidays. The holidays can be a tough time financially, so the Evans team wanted to help those who are less fortunate. Sponsored by the Evans Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, Evans is collecting food to donate to the Gleaners Community Food Bank.
Human Resource Manager and committee member Jennifer Guerra stated “I’m very proud of the Evans Team for the outcome of our Christmas food drive. There is no greater feeling than helping others during times of need”. The Corporate Social Responsibility Committee has already started setting goals for the next food drive.
