Evans Promotes Doug Ostrowski To V.P. Of Transportation

MELVINDALE, Mich., Jan. 3, 2008 – Evans Distribution Systems announced today that Doug Ostrowski has been promoted to vice president of transportation from general manager of transportation. In this role, he will lead and oversee all of the company’s trucking and transportation logistics activities.

Ostrowski has served in the transportation business for 17 years. He is a member of the Transportation Club of Detroit and serves on the Michigan Public Service Commission Motor Carrier Advisory Board. He resides with his family in Allen Park, Mich.
