Microfulfillment

Microfulfillment is the compact and automated system for fulfilling small and individualized orders of goods, such as groceries or e-commerce products, directly from a small local distribution center located close to the end customer. The microfulfillment center utilizes technology, such as conveyor belts, robots, and automated storage and retrieval systems, to pick, pack, and deliver orders to customers quickly and accurately. This approach to fulfillment aims to address the challenges of last-mile delivery and provide faster, more efficient, and cost-effective delivery services for customers.
