Evans Distribution Systems Promotes Three Executives to Vice President of their Divisions

MELVINDALE, Mich. September 11, 2019—Evans Distribution Systems, a provider of third-party logistics and supply chain solutions, has promoted three executives to the top leadership role of the human resources, warehousing, transportation divisions. The promotions reflect the upward trend in Evans’ taking on new customers and expanding its business.

The promotions include:

Patrick Swaney, Vice President of Human Resources

Swaney oversees all aspects of human capital management as well as developing and supporting staffing solutions with Evans Resource Solutions, LLC. Over the past seven years, his staff has supported the company’s growth and developed new staffing customers in Michigan and throughout the Midwest. Read the complete bio.

Stephen Ruch, Vice President of Warehouse Operations

Ruch oversees and manages the daily operations at all seven facilities and more than 2.5 million square-feet of warehousing space. Ruch is known for successful process improvement, change management, technology integration and leading a successful operations management team. Read the complete bio.

Anthony Trocki, Vice President of Transportation

Trocki oversees and manages the asset-based and non-asset-based transportation services, which has grown to 175 drivers, 150 trucks and built a brokerage of 2,500 partner carriers. Trocki is responsible for all transportation operations including full and less-than-truckloads, just-in-time, expedites, sequencing and more. Read the complete bio.
