At Evans Distribution Systems, we take pride in giving interns hands-on experience that matters. This summer, we’re excited to introduce a team of students who are learning, contributing, and bringing new perspectives to our operations.
Internships offer a unique opportunity for students to explore their career interests, build networks, and apply critical skills to real-world projects. Evans invests in emerging professionals to support their growth and bring fresh perspectives and energy to our organization. Get to know them below!

Mac O’Brien
Mac O’Brien recently earned their master’s in supply chain management from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business in 2025 and has joined our warehouse operations team. Mac was drawn to Evans because of our work culture and all-in approach we take with interns, which gives them a true feel for the entire process. This summer, Mac hopes to gain a ground up understanding of warehouse and inventory management—learning how to identify potential concerns and develop on-the-spot solutions.
When they’re not working, Mac enjoys spending time outdoors swimming, hiking, camping, and sailing.
Mac is outgoing, kind, and hardworking, loves Thai tom kha gai, and always has Love by Lana Del Rey on their playlist.
Christine Li
Christine Li is also part of our warehouse operations team. She earned her bachelor’s in economics from the University of Michigan in 2024 and is completing her master’s in supply chain management from Ross in 2025. Christine chose Evans for our positive work environment, quality services, and the value we place on employees. Her projects have given her opportunities to gain practical warehousing experience while making decisions that have a tangible impact. She is eager to gain hands-on skills using inventory management and ERP systems.
Outside of work, she enjoys watching horror movies, cooking, and baking.
Christine is hardworking, organized, and easygoing, loves a matcha latte with espresso, and often has If I Ain’t Got You by Alicia Keys on repeat.
Seamus Rinnan
Seamus Rinnan is interning with our accounting department while studying finance at Miami University of Ohio, where he expects to graduate in 2028. Seamus joined Evans after hearing glowing recommendations about how we treat interns compared to other companies. He’s excited to explore accounting firsthand as he considers whether to pursue a future in the field.
Outside of work, Seamus has played soccer for over a decade!
He is easy-going, confident, and intelligent, loves a fully loaded Chipotle burrito , and jams to CHROMAKOPIA by Tyler the Creator on the repeat.
Jacob Rowe
Jacob Rowe is gaining valuable experience on our warehousing logistics team while studying supply chain management and Mandarin linguistics at Michigan State University. Jacob, who plans to graduate in 2026, joined Evans to immerse himself in multiple layers of supply chain operations. He’s learning how to manage complex warehouse projects efficiently while remaining flexible to overcome logistical obstacles.
Outside of work, Jacob teaches aerial fitness and Pilates in Ann Arbor.
He is hardworking, goal-oriented, and well-balanced. His go-to coffee order is an iced almond milk caramel latte, and his playlist wouldn’t be complete without Heated by Beyoncé.
Blake Kerwin
Blake Kerwin is also interning with our operations department while pursuing a degree in Economics with a minor in Data Analytics at Michigan State University. Blake, who is on track to graduate in Fall 2027, has been interested in supply chain and logistics since he was young, fascinated by how products move from point A to point B. This summer, he hopes to learn the big picture—the blueprint of how the entire process works and what it takes to run a distribution company.
Outside of school and work, Blake enjoys exercising, trading stocks, and playing golf.
He is resilient, innovative, and adaptable. His favorite meal is Mediterranean food, especially chicken tawook with rice and hummus, and one song he always keeps on his playlist is 7 Minute Freestyle by 21 Savage.
